1992	Electricity grid is successfully set up in Ago-Ajo
1993	Tomato farm produces first sweet tomatoes
1998	Church is completed
2003	Jetty is built at Ago-Ajo
2008	Fish farm development and modernization begins
2009	Sail Harbour Resort Community is set up
2010	Sail Harbour Foundation is set up
2010	Project Ago-Ajo and Moba kick off
