Green Construction

Wherever possible, project construction will draw on local skills and labour, materials and crafts, which will be developed and adapted as necessary to meet or exceed the standards of a five star resort. A key element of the design will be the incorporation of sustainable energy sources - solar and hydro power and heating, eco-friendly waste water treatment, and buildings designed to maximize natural ventilation and shading. The resort should be a model for future developments and should be capable of being audited against international standards.
